Lets you insert a note reference on a component in the drawing.

Accessed when you select the Note Reference option from the Annotation Gallery.

Displays the following dialog with basic placement options for the reference:

The note reference symbol will be affixed to the curser. Pick the placement point define the rotation for the note to complete the process.
